There are several methods of booking onto the European Gay Ski Week, all of which earn you discounts, the more you book, either through our website or by calling us, the more discounts you get.

You can send as many different quotes to yourself as you wish and when you choose which one you want, you do not have to re-enter the information again but just click on the link at the bottom of the quote you wish to accept and it will rember everything you have already entered.

• The Most Cost effective
  
  If you book everything including your accommodation, event pass and lift pass at the same time either through our website or on the telephone to our office, we guarantee that your accommodation cost will be cheaper than if your book it direct with the supplier. Also as an event passholder you will receive a 5% discount on your lift pass if you purchase it on our website or by telephone.
  
  If you try to buy it from the lift company, whether in advance or in the resort it will be more expensive

I want to book everything including  my Event Pass, my accommodation my lift pass and other options >>>

• The Second Best
  
  You book your own accommodation but still book your event pass together with your lift pass either by telephone or from our website and all you will loose out on is the discounted accommodation,all the other benefits remain the same.

• Slightly more Expensive  Method.
  
  You book your accommodation and your lift pass directly and only purchase your event pass from us. Doing this will mean that you will get a much smaller discount on the cost of your event pass and you will be paying full price for your lift pass. All the other benefits remain the same.

• The most expensive method
  
  Buying an event pass when you arrive in the resort or paying individually to get into each event that is open to non passholders. In the past on several occaisions the event passes have sold out in advance so there is no guarantee that event passes will be available in the resort.

If you do not know what extra options you want, do not worry, when you make your initial booking for your event pass etc you will be sent a personal login link, then you can go back at any time and add other options.

IMPORTANT: your booking will be confirmed when paying a deposit or paying your holiday in full. Immediately after the payment, the person who has proceeded to the booking will receive a booking confirmation email sent to the email address entered in the booking process. You should check that you have received  this email. It might be in your your spam box: please make sure you mark it as non spam, otherwise you might miss further information emails or your vouchers sent to you one week before departure. If you  do not  receive our booking confirmation email  within an hour  please  send us an email telling us. Our email address is ( info at egsw dot eu ) replace the at with @ and the dot with . and do not put in any spaces. Thank you.

Information emails will also be sent to each member of your booking and their vouchers will be sent directly to them one week before departure. Please make sure that the email addresses you have entered for each member of your booking is valid otherwise the other members of your booking won't receive their vouchers. Each member of your booking should also check their spam box on a regular basis in order to make sure that they have received the emails that we have sent to them, and if necessary marked them as 'non spam'.
